For Mac users, LEAP is tricky to use: you will need to create a virtual Windows environment which comes at an additional cost and can also lead to bugs and delays on your Mac device. ^[3][4][6] 

Data migration and training is included in your Clio subscription cost and is available 24 hours per day, five days per week. These essentials can often be an additional cost with LEAP and other case management applications. ^[7]
