What your team does:
 

The IT team’s mission is foundational to how we get work done at Clio, our team has a meaningful and lasting impact. We’re focused on facilitating the best possible experience for our Clio talent, providing the right tools at the right time. We’re driven by automation and love building our own solutions when we can’t find an existing one that fits.

This role is available to candidates across Canada, excluding Quebec.
 

A day in your life might look like:

  • Identify opportunities for automation throughout the company and implement solutions that improve the velocity of Clions all over the globe. This might include using Okta Workflows, Workato, or custom code.

  • Maintain and improve our IAM policies and strategies in Okta, with an eye to context aware and zero-trust solutions.

  • Mentor and pair with other members of the IT department.

  • Deploy and maintain infrastructure for our internal services using tools such as Terraform and Kubernetes.

  • Continually grow and strive to push technical boundaries. 

​What you may have:

  • Experience with endpoint configuration and orchestration tools such as Munki, Jamf, Kandji, and InTune.

  • Experience with common Infra as Code tools such as Terraform.

  • Practical experience in at least two of the following:

    • Ruby

    • Python

    • Bash/Shell

    • Golang

  • Familiarity with the administration of common SaaS environments such as Google Workspace, Okta, Slack, etc.

  • Experience using platform API’s to integrate disparate platforms and data into one another.

  • Experience as an administrator for identity platforms such as Okta or OneLogin.

  • Fundamental understanding of IAM concepts such as SSO, SAML, OIDC, HRIS as a source.

  • Very comfortable working in the terminal and utilizing version control such as Git.
     

Bonus points if you have:

  • Experience with using Aruba Central based network equipment.

The full salary range* for this role is $97,300 to $114,500 to $131,700 CAD..

In addition, this role is eligible for variable pay that is based on company performance, with actual payout amounts calculated and paid on a quarterly basis.

*We aim to hire all candidates between the minimum and the midpoint of the full salary range. We reserve the midpoint to the maximum of the salary band for internal employees who demonstrate sustained high performance and impact at Clio. The final offer amount for this role will be dependent on individual experience and skillset of the candidate. Please note there are a separate set of salary bands for other regions based on local currency.
