Partner with technology leaders to ensure alignment of technical and experience strategy and architecture.
Build architecture skills across the design organization.
Help to drive clarity and alignment across design efforts, across initiative and product boundaries.
Contribute to frameworks for assessing and scaling design quality.
Contribute to process and operations to mature and scale design.
Initiate an experience architecture team as the design organization scales.
What you bring:
Demonstrated expertise in experience design architecture.
Expertise delivering clear, connected experiences across product and persona boundaries.
Business acumen and ability to connect design strategy to business value.
Ability to communicate complex subjects with clarity and impact to a variety of audiences.
Strong leadership, partnering, and influencing skills.
Ability to create solutions that scale across short and long term customer and business goals simultaneously.
High level of comfort working within a self-directed culture and navigating ambiguity.
Deep desire to help everyone (customers, stakeholders, and employees) do their best possible work.
