Summary:

We are currently seeking a Partner Development Representative to join our Channel Partner Team in Vancouver, Calgary or Toronto. 

Who you are:

Do you excel at building relationships and have a talent for persuasive communication? If so, you may be the ideal candidate we're looking for. In this role, you’ll help drive the growth of our Channel Program by engaging with potential partners and presenting a compelling case for them to join.

What your team does:
 

The Clio Channel Team is rapidly growing and focused on building and managing relationships with our Channel partners to drive sales and expand our market reach. They identify and onboard new partners, providing them with the training and resources they need to succeed. By working closely with these partners, the Channel Team ensures everyone is aligned with our company’s goals and strategies. They are human and high performing; while also working cross-functionally to drive Clio’s development of the #1 cloud based solution.

What you'll work on:

  • Identify and source new strategic partners that expand and strengthen Clio’s Channel Partner ecosystem via inbound follow-up and outbound outreach.
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with prospective partners to foster trust and collaboration.
  • Oversee the entire recruitment process, from initial contact to signed agreements, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
  • Track and report on the effectiveness of recruitment efforts, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Drive and lead efforts to increase internal and external awareness of our Channel development initiatives, collaborating with Sale, Marketing and Customer Success as needed.
  • Travel to conferences, trade shows, partner meetings as required.
  • Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to refine recruitment strategies.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of Clio's overall Channel Partner strategy.

What you bring:

  • Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, including cold-calling

  • Strong communication, organizational and presentation skills 

  • You are self-motivated, creative, organized, and process-oriented

  • Experience using sales tools such as Salesforce, Salesloft, ZoomInfo, SalesNav or similar 

Bonus points if you have:

  •  Experience working with Channel Partners

The full salary range* for this role is $61,600 to $72,500 to $83,400 CAD..

In addition, this role is eligible for variable pay that is based on company performance, with actual payout amounts calculated and paid on a quarterly basis.

*We aim to hire all candidates between the minimum and the midpoint of the full salary range. We reserve the midpoint to the maximum of the salary band for internal employees who demonstrate sustained high performance and impact at Clio. The final offer amount for this role will be dependent on individual experience and skillset of the candidate. Please note there are a separate set of salary bands for other regions based on local currency.
