Clio, the world’s leading provider of cloud-based legal technology, is proud to announce the expansion of its leadership team with the appointments of Nicholas Anderson as Senior Vice President of Customer Success and Chris Stock as Vice President of Legal Content and Migrations.
Nick will oversee all Post Sales functions, including onboarding, migrations, support, customer success, customer education, and professional services. He will drive Clio’s commitment to delivering world-class customer experiences, helping customers expand and grow their practices while leveraging Clio’s comprehensive suite of tools, products, and features.
“Clio’s unwavering commitment to customer success and innovation is truly inspiring. I am excited to contribute to our mission of empowering legal professionals with the best technology and an exceptional customer experience.” – Nick Anderson, SVP, Customer Success at Clio.
Before joining Clio, Nick led Customer Success at ServiceTitan, where he scaled a world-class vertical software organization during a period of high growth. His extensive career includes leadership roles at Cornerstone, which included BizOps, IT, and Professional Services, as well McKinsey & Company, where he was a leader in Operations and Customer Experience practices.
Clio has also welcomed legaltech industry veteran Chris Stock as Vice President, Legal Content and Migrations, with over two decades of experience in the legal and legal technology sectors. Stock will lead strategic initiatives and contribute to the company’s expansion and innovation efforts. His expertise in international expansion has been instrumental in driving businesses into the US, UK, and Canadian markets.
Stock’s alignment with Clio’s mission to transform the legal experience for all is driven by his lifelong commitment to making legal services more accessible and effective through technology. This passion has fueled his dedication to helping law firms become more efficient and client-focused.
Having served as an advisor to Clio for seven months, Stock experienced the company’s positive culture and dynamic environment firsthand.
“I am honored to join Clio at such a pivotal time in the company’s growth,” said Chris Stock, VP of Legal Content and Migrations at Clio. “Clio’s commitment to empowering legal professionals with cutting-edge technology is unparalleled. By innovating standard workflows like document drafting, e-filing, and calendar management, we can help lawyers dedicate more time to their clients, truly transforming the legal experience for all.”
Beyond his professional achievements, Stock is deeply committed to criminal justice reform. He serves as the Chairperson of A Second U Foundation, an organization dedicated to reducing recidivism by fostering financial independence for returning citizens.
The appointments of Anderson and Stock underscore Clio’s commitment to delivering exceptional legaltech products and services to customers worldwide. These new additions follow appointments earlier this year when Clio welcomed Harsha Chandra Shekar as Vice President of Business Development and promoted Michelle Dunlea to Vice President of Product Management.
