Harsha Chandra Shekar is welcomed to Clio as Vice President of Business Development
Harsha brings more than 15 years of deal-making experience to Clio in multiple capacities. He started his career as an attorney in a leading law firm representing blue-chip clients in executing partnerships, joint ventures, and M&A. After securing his MBA, Harsha served as a business leader in tech companies such as Amazon, Expedia and Uber forging critical partnerships and managing multi-million-dollar P&Ls. Most recently, Harsha served as a Partner at Boston Consulting Group helping clients envision, build, and monetize partnerships and ecosystems.

Harsha holds a degree in law from National Law School of India University, Bangalore, and an MBA from University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business.
Michelle Dunlea is promoted to Vice President, Product Management
In addition to Harsha’s appointment, Clio is pleased to announce the promotion of Michelle Dunlea to Vice President of Product Management. Throughout her tenure at Clio, Michelle has made significant contributions to the success of Clio’s industry-leading product teams through her outstanding leadership, strategic insight, and comprehensive understanding of the technical needs of legal professionals across the profession.
Michelle has been instrumental in guiding the development of the Clio product portfolio, and promoting collaboration across various teams. Her appointment reflects Clio’s commitment to excellence and innovation in the legaltech industry.
