January 18, 2022 – Clio, the world’s leading provider of cloud-based legal technology, was named to Canada’s Top Employers for Young People for the third consecutive year. The award is an editorial competition that recognizes employers offering Canada’s best workplaces and programs for young people starting their careers. Clio was recognized for its unique leadership development programs and employee engagement opportunities during the largest employee scale-up initiative to date.
“In a remote work environment, it’s especially important that younger employees feel connected to their peers and the work they’re embarking on,” said Natalie Archibald, VP Employee Success at Clio. “Many are beginning their careers in a remote work environment, without the historical references of a typical office. We’re leaning into this opportunity to redefine how we support employees with dynamic, flexible workplace programs to bolster this exciting phase of their careers.”

Clio’s award-winning company culture continues to evolve as the company scales its team to more than 750 employees throughout Canada, the United States, and Ireland. That number is expected to grow to 1,000 employees in 2022, as Clio continues its course on a rapid growth trajectory.
