    This integration is designed to automate the review
    request process for Propel clients using Clio Manage,
    ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
    ● Contact Sync: When a client creates a new
    contact in Clio, the name, email id and
    number of the contact will automatically
    sync in the client’s Propel customer section.
    ● Matter Management: As the client manages
    matters in Clio, upon closing a matter, a
    request will be triggered to the client for
    review approval.
    ● Review Request: Upon client approval, the
    customer will receive an email requesting a
    review.
    ● Notification: Once the review is submitted
    by customer, the client will receive a
    notification of the new review.
