Vanst Law
Cynthia Morgan-Reed founded Vanst Law, a virtual law firm, in 2018. Ms. Morgan-Reed founded Vanst because she believes strongly that every person should be paid what they are worth. Vanst pays partner-level attorneys at least 70% of their collectibles. It also provides a great culture based on equity, transparency, and consistency. By being virtual, Vanst cuts out the bloated overhead costs of traditional law firm models and passes on those savings to its clients and attorneys. In its first year of operation, Vanst grew 500% in 10 months. This year, Vanst Law won the 2019 Reisman Award for Best New Law Firm. Ms. Morgan-Reed lives in San Diego with her husband, young children, and their well-neglected and well-loved dog. She graduated from the University of Notre Dame Law School.
