How do lawyers communicate with their clients?

Lawyers communicate with clients in a variety of ways, including email, phone, in-person meetings, and client-attorney communication apps like Clio for Clients. However, as highlighted in the 2020 Legal Trends Report, law firms using client communication apps are performing better and collecting more revenue than those who are not. This is likely in part due to the client-centered experience that leaves clients recommending the firm to others and because in-app updates and collaboration is more efficient and cost effective for both the law firm and client.
