How does the referral process work?
Log into your Referral Rewards Center to get your unique referral link and then share it with law firms in your network. You’ll get a $250 gift card when a law firm that uses your referral link to sign up for Clio, and your referral will get 10% off their subscription.
By participating in the campaign, customers will have access to additional prizes, including:
- Customers will receive a $10 Give & Get Local gift card when their link is shared with legal peers
- Customers will be entered to win one of twenty $1,000 Visa gift cards when their referral signs up for a Clio demo
- Multiply your rewards: Refer 2 subscribers, get an additional $200; refer 3 subscribers, get an additional $300; refer 6 subscribers, get an additional $600
We’ll let you know when someone uses your referral link to sign up for a demo, and you’ll qualify for the gift card reward if they sign up for a paid account.
Whom can I refer? What is the criteria for an eligible referral?
To be eligible for a referral reward, a successful referral must:
a) Be working at a law firm or legal-adjacent business
b) Not currently be using Clio or be a member of a firm currently using Clio
c) Not currently be in an active evaluation with Clio
d) Fill out the referral demo form and sign up for Clio within 30 days of filling out that form.
e) Be located in the United States or Canada
How much can I earn?
There’s no limit to the number of rewards that can be paid out through the referral program. For every successful referral you send us, we’ll pay you $250 in the form of a gift card (delivered through a service called Sendoso). Plus you’ll receive an additional $200 for referring 2 people, an additional $300 for referring 3 people and an additional $600 for referring 6 people. Customers will be entered to win one of twenty $1,000 Visa gift cards for every referral that attends a demo of Clio. Your referral has to sign up within 30 days of filling out the demo form in order for you to be eligible for the referral gift card and for them to take advantage of the 10% discount.

You can track your referrals by signing into your Referral Rewards Center. To do so:
- Go to www.clio.com/referrals/
- Sign in using your Clio Manage username and password
- Click on your dashboard
