IT specialist involved in the design of legal case workflows chiefly in litigation, conveyancing and debt collection areas. Graduated with a LL.B (Hons) degree from the University of London where he received the UoL Award for Academic Achievement.
David specialises in fundraisings, particularly in the tech sector, and has a wealth of experience in advising on funding rounds, shareholder agreements and governance, share incentivisation schemes, share subscriptions, sweat equity and the structuring of vesting schedules for founders, advisers and employees, share sales, acquisitions and corporate restructurings. He is regularly involved in fundraising and exit deals at all stages of the cap table.
